For over 22 years, Rockstone Surfacing Ltd in Swindon have been providing high quality Asphalt and Bitumen Macadam surfacing solutions to clients including, government, local authorities, civil engineering and ground working contractors, agricultural and large scale commercial property developers.

We undertake all types of surfacing projects including:

Our Team

We have a team of over 20 highly skilled, trained and “friendly” workers who are experts in machine and hand lay of all types of Asphalt and Bitumen Macadam surfaces.

Our head office support team comprises of 11 staff providing full cover and support to our clients and the surfacing team together with all of the surfacing plant and equipment.

Standards and Accreditations

• Local Authority Approved

We are Local Authority approved in over 12 counties throughout the UK, and have completed projects of various sizes including urban regeneration and development and within highly sensitive government establishments.

• Highways Agency Specification for Highway Works Clause 942

We are certified with Hanson, Tarmac and Cemex for the installation of all types of Thin Surfacing Material manufactured in accordance with Highways Agency Specification for Highway Works Clause 942.

Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) & Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)

We ensure that all our plant operators are qualified to CPCS standard and all operatives to CSCS standard.
